The executive team needs to hold senior leaders accountable to modeling and living the culture we promote. One terrible senior leader will destroy the potential in his department. The people who work here WANT to create this culture, but they're stifled and dismissed until giving up.
Transparency and stability in strategy.
Good: Salary is adequate. Bad: Bonus structure is non-existent. A large window of potential bonus, beginning with 0%. Claims of being merit-driven mean that there are no actual metrics, and this allows rampant favoritism, rating on perception rather than concrete accomplishments.

Short timeline and quick decision
Quick response. Internal HR Talent person actually asked for feedback on the interview process. I've had plenty of interviews, but NEVER been asked how the company could improve the process.

A good chunk of leadership is more invested in their personal benefit of company strategy than the company's (or employees'). Women are significantly underrepresented in "equity-eligible" positions, and there is no plan to do anything about it.
Coworkers are great, and my role has more flexibility on how to accomplish goals than other places I've worked
The lack of gender diversity here is jarring. It's been a year since a DEI leader was hired, yet there is no movement, no discussion of a strategy to build a pipeline, no change in recruiting behaviors... nothing. Other carriers have a roughly 50/50 gender split in my business unit.
