What are some of the best things about your team?Expertise and professionalism and general attitudes
What are some of the best things about your team?We all want to do the right thing
What did you like most about the interview process?Short timeline and quick decision
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The executive team needs to hold senior leaders accountable to modeling and living the culture we promote. One terrible senior leader will destroy the potential in his department. The people who work here WANT to create this culture, but they're stifled and dismissed until giving up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Having my experience acknowledged and valued vs just tenure here
What would you most like to see improved at your company? The lack of gender diversity here is jarring. It's been a year since a DEI leader was hired, yet there is no movement, no discussion of a strategy to build a pipeline, no change in recruiting behaviors... nothing. Other carriers have a roughly 50/50 gender split in my business unit.
