The executive team needs to hold senior leaders accountable to modeling and living the culture we promote. One terrible senior leader will destroy the potential in his department. The people who work here WANT to create this culture, but they're stifled and dismissed until giving up.
Transparency and stability in strategy.

A good chunk of leadership is more invested in their personal benefit of company strategy than the company's (or employees'). Women are significantly underrepresented in "equity-eligible" positions, and there is no plan to do anything about it.
The lack of gender diversity here is jarring. It's been a year since a DEI leader was hired, yet there is no movement, no discussion of a strategy to build a pipeline, no change in recruiting behaviors... nothing. Other carriers have a roughly 50/50 gender split in my business unit.
