My department has an incredibly toxic culture. Despite promoting things like intellectual curiosity, feedback, and asking tough questions, people are consistently silenced, or lashed out at in meetings.
Good company to work with
The environment hasn't been great. Despite over a decade in my field, I'm treated as though I'm new to the industry. If you hire people to do only what they've done before, there isn't even room to advance by coming to the company
