They have all benefits. And the company also gives 25k in life insurance paid by them.

My supervisor has less experience then i Makes more money and does nothing
Lot of responsibilities here a lot of work involved
Get paid for loading and unloading dropping and hooking

We wear the same uniforms
Working as a team. There is always someone to call if u need help.
We all work together nicely

They need to speak up to management about the problems here going on with safety and maintenance

Just speaking with the terminal manager and it being an honest conversation on expected pay and hours.
