I have already stated my feelings in the previous statement

It is easy to feel undervalued due to other people's behavior such as management feeling they are priority. Pay is literally the worse and hours just keep getting shorter and shorter making it unable to live with a biweekly pay.

If the company paid the employees better it would be great! There are many ways to make emplyees feel valued and compensation is one of them.

Kendra Scott ASM salaries are far below the Industry standard pay.

The store manger could improve greatly. Ie coming to work on time, being prepared to work, making her employees feel appreciated. Just being a better person and being present in the store.
