Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management does not value their employees or the work they do. They could pay what employees deserve and treat us like human beings, not metrics-making machines.

Compensation is misadvertised. You're led to believe that they'll pay you up to $15/hour. That's a lie. You're led to believe they will increase your pay after you stop being a trainee. That's also a lie. You also find out on your first day that you have to pay to work here. $90.
