    Support and understanding, not screaming in someones face when they tell you their family has passed away

    They lie to you beyond belief. They make up thinhs to try to write you uo for, and dont check tge other managers notes, because the addition and subtraction of missed days amd missed time from them, was to put it lightly, was so laughable, that a kindergarten attendee would know it was wrong.

    I would improve every single thing that they do. They dont have the reliable and capable human beings in any positon when it comes to upper managemnet or HR. None of them had a soul. It cant be that way
