What did you like most about the interview process?Unfriendly atmosphere, constant surveillance, and a toxic culture where reporting coworkers is rewarded. Bullying is common and often disguised as sexist jokes. Vague contracts and lack of management support make this a hostile and unprofessional place to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?Standard interview. Not great, not bad
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?CEO and upper management need all the coaching they can get on how to build a decent medical device conpany. No value at all to their employees
