My job is comparable to others I've had in the past, but I really like my co-workers and my managers. I don't mind difficult days when they come up. I know my team has my back and that makes it easier.

I think my pay is fair within the market. Everyone would like to make more.

This is a flat organization. My access to senior leaders and their interest in what I have to say is fantastic!
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling my work matters. Knowing others care what I'm doing, how it's going, and that support is there if I need it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm surrounded by very talented people who genuinely want to better the company. They are willing to share their knowledge with others and offer support without prompting. Kerry is a leader in our industry today and has a great vision and plan for the future. It's a great place to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them seem honest in wanting to help make things better at all levels of the organization. They ask for input and I've seen them act on some of it. I know we can't do everything that everyone wants done and they do usually tell us when something can't be done and why.
