Well it starts with the management they need to correct their behavior first then they can work their way down to the employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Like I said you need to be honest first and stop monitoring people in people have lives your job is not the world
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though they pay better than some places they still need to pay more especially if they're going to mandatory if they're going to mandatory they should pay you double and they should pay you on time and they need to start being honest
