We do know have to ask for raises. Treated fairly

Competitive benefits. Profit sharing. Kiewit absorbs as much cost as they can and is conscious of increasing employee costs.

Its all about that pension

401(k) matching is above & beyond. 6% minimum, then additional 0-4% on top of that. Historically they match 3% additional, so 9% match. Health benefits are very limited in options (only 1 plan to choose from) and if you have a lot of health issues it is subpar.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

High performers should be given opportunities to grow faster. The structure is too set in stone, the best young talent leaves the company after 4-5 years to go somewhere they can earn for their talent

I do not feel undervalued on their nonunion jobs. Their benefits are a little below average for hourly employees salarly employees. They're great.

I'm a woman in a mans world. I bet you could guess why my compensation isnt enough. They need to realize woman are also needed in this industry and they should be taking care of women as well as men.

Give employees notice if they will be asked to relocate. Stop moving people around several times in year

Cost is high for 3 people being that I had to choose family , for My husband , son and myself

Promoting and overworking of staff without presenting clear salary raise expectations

There was a lot of talk about a work-life balance, but in reality it was more of Work/Work balance.
