401(k) matching is above & beyond. 6% minimum, then additional 0-4% on top of that. Historically they match 3% additional, so 9% match. Health benefits are very limited in options (only 1 plan to choose from) and if you have a lot of health issues it is subpar.
High performers should be given opportunities to grow faster. The structure is too set in stone, the best young talent leaves the company after 4-5 years to go somewhere they can earn for their talent
I do not feel undervalued on their nonunion jobs. Their benefits are a little below average for hourly employees salarly employees. They're great.

I'm a woman in a mans world. I bet you could guess why my compensation isnt enough. They need to realize woman are also needed in this industry and they should be taking care of women as well as men.
