High performers should be given opportunities to grow faster. The structure is too set in stone, the best young talent leaves the company after 4-5 years to go somewhere they can earn for their talent

I do not feel undervalued on their nonunion jobs. Their benefits are a little below average for hourly employees salarly employees. They're great.
