Equity package is very competitive

We all get bonuses and benefits, but we also get equity in the company. The idea is we all share in a successful outcome. (It's also nice to have ability to be remote and have unlimited PTO)

I like having equity ("a stake") in the company! Also it's not bad that we're by the beach. It's also cool to be building a product that is literally changing how people like to buy things.

I'm an owner - I actually have stake in the company. That's really rare. It's a great experience to feel committed in this way.
