What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked about what about Klickly was going to be a stepping stone or a key piece of my life-long goals. They were interested in how the role would help me grow as a person!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like having equity ("a stake") in the company! Also it's not bad that we're by the beach. It's also cool to be building a product that is literally changing how people like to buy things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super talented group. I've worked with good people before, but this team executes like nothing I've seen. Been very impressed! Fast, efficient and effective. It doesn't hurt that we have some very senior high profile advisors and investors.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all have impressive backgrounds and they care about everyone working at the company. The management team does PD chats individually (which you won't find at other companies) - they actually talk one on one with employees about performance and satisfaction and hear each employees voice!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our weekly team meetings are fun. We can see everything the team has done over the week. We have monthly retrospectives every month too, where we can see the new features and products that have been released. It's fun to be able to see how well the team is executing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team is talented, hard-working, and positive. We believe in our vision and we're creating a platform that is really cool. It's also nice to know if I'm having a bad day or anything is wrong, I can talk to my director and the leadership team has my back.
What do you like best about your company?
A talented, pedigree team working hard to solve a unique problem! In addition to cool investors and advisors, it's good to see the company getting recognition and awards in the space. And internally, it's clear that the leadership team has set this thing up for success. It's nice to be a part of it!
