Great, thoughtful approach to making sure everyone feels heard and included. This includes monthly MVP awards and PD chats with all our managers.

I'm an owner - I actually have stake in the company. That's really rare. It's a great experience to feel committed in this way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's pretty cool to be part of such a high-performing team. Serious, legit credentials rarely go with caring, compassionate leaders, but in this case, we have both!

Working to build a ground breaking technology is inspiring. Also the team works great as a unit and has quite an impressive pedigree as well. It's cool to see all the moving parts from up close - it's like a well oiled machine
