People are great. There are many flaws at the company that they turn a blind eye to it. They're also very unlikely to pay you well.

My team was amazing. The COO and CEO not so much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep promises to maintain you there but it's pretty unlikely that they'll actually give you anything that they've promised.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great culture. People are friendly. If you're working to make friends that's a great place to be. I was working to make money though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great people, but they'll make you work for little as possible and do as much as possible. Even if you relocate to a more affordable country they'll discount that from your income.
