The openness on communicating to all of us what the company's goals and objectives are and how we can all directly benefit from the company's plans financially and professionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a commission structure where even those of us in the back office get a percentage of all sales deals, unlike most companies how do not recognize the contribution of the back office to sales deals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of us work virtually so every morning before we officially star our day we have a 15 minute morning meeting where we play fun games, watch motivational videos, have discussions so that we can remain connected and not feel isolated.
