What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of diversity with regard to leadership positions within the company
Our culture is easy going - do your work, meet your goals and nobody is on your back. If you are struggling and ask for help people are always willing to help.
Most of us work virtually so every morning before we officially star our day we have a 15 minute morning meeting where we play fun games, watch motivational videos, have discussions so that we can remain connected and not feel isolated.
The level of diversity and inclusion. We're a team spread across Canada, Saint Lucia, India, etc. and we learn from each others cultures and customs.
The emphasis on providing an environment where people can succeed.

An extremely strong sense of family
The feeling of family. Everyone truly cares about the people in the workplace not just the work being done. It's refreshing.
