Most of the people are friendly and positive so the few negative ones do not make a big impact - some people are just miserable.

Our culture is easy going - do your work, meet your goals and nobody is on your back. If you are struggling and ask for help people are always willing to help.

Most of us work virtually so every morning before we officially star our day we have a 15 minute morning meeting where we play fun games, watch motivational videos, have discussions so that we can remain connected and not feel isolated.
