Our commission structure is very generous.

We have a commission structure where even those of us in the back office get a percentage of all sales deals, unlike most companies how do not recognize the contribution of the back office to sales deals.

The best part of my compensation package is the ability to either work from home or in office. As well, our organization is the first to provide support staff a stake in the company's earnings which in our industry is typically reserved for the sales and recruitment teams.
