Strong healthcare and 401k plan
Fair salary and comp package. Benefits are pretty expensive.
The base salary is very competitive
Could have been cheaper, a bit pricey for ppo
Review from Operations Dept
basic salary is good, and decent benefits
Discounts and stock options available for employees.
Healthcare benefits are the best I've seen in my career.
Time off between Christmas and New Years
Week paid PTO during week of Christmas without having to use our personal time.
bonus is the best part
No cap on what I can make of i am successful in the marketplace
it's just enough not too high or low
Alined with amount of hard work
Base plus Bonus option provided. Also like the extra added incentives for hitting targets through the year
Gym, private insurances, annual leave
The base pay is competitive
The pay rate is above average!
Our maternity leave is exceptional
Full benefits package is great, maternity/paternity leave
Review from Operations Dept
Merit increases, a better 401K offering and a more transparent bonus process
Higher base and/or bonus pay
Pay market rates and provide an annual bonus or share scheme
Korn Ferry is not at par in the market, especially in the PH. We hope we can have better benefits such as performance bonuses.
Review from HR Dept
Every year without a pay raise is an effective pay cut. In real terms my compensation never increased.
Better health benefits and a better provider. The family plans are very expensive and Cigna is awful. Also no annual bonus.
A market rate comp package would be a start.
Undervalued and not respected along with the lack of Korn Ferry core values
being paid in line with the market
No sign-on bonuses, very low bonuses in general, no equity options unless you are a senior partner, no professional development funds, very expensive and bad health insurance.
More transparency / equity checks
Compare compensation for westeners and non westeners with same performance at Partner level and you will see why
A pay increase- i am underpaid
Company is profitable but doesnt treasure
There is no clarity on pay ranges and how they relate to the market. Consequently, it's not clear whether pay is consistent and fair internally. Add to that, at partner level, there are no pay increases so pay position erodes rather rapidly over time. Further, bonuses only relate to 'the numbers'.
We have little control over our overall comp amd when the work load massively increases, the meager bonus doesn't match
The company spends way too much on diversity equity speeches yet the dialog often comes down to skin color alone and not and individuals' live values and personal beliefs. They are mixing Kool-Aid and selling it to Corporate America - making tons of money off using one-way narrative.
If raises kept up with the market and bonuses reflected the commercial aspects of my job.
No constructive performance management process and no focus internally on people, development and engagement. More discussion needed 121 on KPIs and added impact and value beyond financial revenue
Pay is lower than competitors
