No two days are the same in our department. I get to work with incredibly smart and kind people from all around the work. I'm always floored by the level of expertise our Krakenites have in their individual fields. Kraken supports our mental Health in a myriad of ways through our Global Benefits.
Freedom to choose my hours and paid time off is really flexible as well. I feel like people use their time efficiently and respect each others boundaries as a remote company. I really enjoy all of the Slack channels where Krakenites can express themselves in a myriad of ways!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What’s going wrong is a lack of support, recognition, and investment in people. Responsibilities keep increasing, but training, development, and appreciation don’t follow. Improvement starts with valuing employees, providing growth opportunities, and creating a healthy, respectful work environm
