The interview process lacks transparency. It was never communicated that the role would significantly change over time or that additional responsibilities would be added without any adjustment in compensation.

What’s going wrong is a lack of support, recognition, and investment in people. Responsibilities keep increasing, but training, development, and appreciation don’t follow. Improvement starts with valuing employees, providing growth opportunities, and creating a healthy, respectful work environm
