I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, I have had the opportunity to grow and move up in my career here, while feeling supported and guided along the way.

Great culture, transparency, wanting to do good

I am overall very happy here. From where I came it has been a big transition and there are still aspects of what I used to do that I miss, but I am learning here and enjoy the pace, the collegiality of the team, and the opportunity to work independently in the context of overall company goals.

I won't lie. Thing are tough right now. There is more work than people to help, but this is what growing companies go through. I do believe someday we will look back and acknowledge it was challenging with long days, weekend work, but will be proud of what all that hard work resulted in.

Kyruus is one of the best, if not the best, companies that I have worked for. It has been a very positive experience and I am glad to have the latitude to lead my team the way that I want to lead.

Extremely friendly and accessible, caring, always transparent with reasoning around decisions and ready to listen.

Willingness to jump in help out at the ground level. Having Execs understand what is going on day to day is amazing.

The leadership team is transparent with what is happening and going to happen. I feel that they genuinely care about us and show it daily, with action not just words.

Appreciate the flexibility around leave and that team members are always intentional about following the policy, also appreciate getting to have an intentional recharge day as well as compt reimbursement program.

Would like a matching 401k

Kyruus has a great compensation package. The health plan is great and they have done a great job in keeping the cost the same year over year. There are wellness perks and the bonus program is a real thing!

I would say making sure to pay us market value or slightly above would be great. For the amount of work our team does, we get the short end of the stick. Would love to see more benefit investment benefits since Stocks are ok if we go public, but are worthless until then.

Pay is lower than industry standard. There is no 401k match. Other benefits are standard.

Very thoughtful individuals, taking us from startup to midsize company means instituting processes and everyone is working to improve and iterate those processes. There is an openness to hearing feedback and trying to respond positively to it.

Sounds korny, but I genuinely like the team I work with. Yeah, when you start working with new people it takes time to get to know them and their personalities, but everyone is aligned on the mission and why we are doing what we are.

We are very inclusive and we are encouraged to make calculated mistakes. Being completely remote makes it a little more difficult to spread the culture around, but Kyruus does a great job!
