Labcorp Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fair pay and good benefits

Review from Admin Dept

I appreciate the pay and benefits overall.

Insurance options and free testing if done by labcorp.

Review from Admin Dept

The hourly rate has been competitive and has kept up with my rent so far. Although, the free medical testing has been a lifesaver and has helped keep me from falling into medical debt or from falling behind on my other bills as I do have occational health events that require lab testing.

401K match. Great pay and good raises and bonuses

Review from Operations Dept

Fair price. Biometric screening yearly creates a great discount.

I do not have one

Everything is good to me

The 401k match probably is the best.

The stock program and bonus

The best part is FTO and Pay

Flexible time off, 401K match, employee stock purchase program

Free life insurance and free lab tests at Labcorp.

The Life Insurance package and lab work is free

The benefits, specifically the health insurance.

Great health care and flexible spending account and health fitness incentives

Bonus and overtime when needed

Review from Operations Dept

We have very good insurances.

Salary is certainly comparable for the area and job function. Even more, there's flexibility in work location and support for good work/life balance

Review from IT Dept

It's fair considering today's market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yearly raises and bonuses based off performance from a multi billion dollar company would help keep employees happy and encouraged to stay with the company.

No merit rate increase after first year . Company does not offers annual bonus for emplloyees

MORE SALARY THE LIFE IS EXPENSIVE

I've been on short term disability since 9/17/24 due to nerve damage. Their leave group Alight is trying to deny my benefits even thought there is proof of my disability. They are denying the mere 60% pay for for tenured employees and then try everyday to discredit your claim

Undervalued and toxic environment due to team lead

restoring the 6% 401K match and adding back the Exceeds expectations rating, Health benefits that are affordable to actually use would be great

They could give better raises and constructive feedback.

I work overnights and have not recieved overnight shift differential pay in months.

Not treated as an equal, lied to about raises, required to perform work or other departments without proper training or compensation, required to train other employees without proper compensation, benefit time not paid out when promised, and the list goes on.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued specifically because we aren't treated like LabCorp employees. I am a LabCorp phlebotomist. I work at a LabCorp PSC but am not allowed to get labs performed there. It's not an approved LabCorp site. Make that make sense.

It starts with management to leadership the change must start with them. They have power positions and they feel they can do what they want to their employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

When we had a staff shortage I was doing the jib of two people for almost a full year. I recieved no recogintion or pay increases. Instead, they started a token program to allow us to buy labcorp merch. My rent is currently a two weeks pay check and I live in the cheapest studio apartment.

Medical insurance especially is extremely expensive. Hourly compensation as well as salary is at least 20-25% market rates. Wage compression is a huge issue. People hired off the street making nearly as much, in some cases more, than employees with 10 years of tenure. Compensation needs reviewed.

Review from Operations Dept

If it were up to date with the rest of the world.

We are not paid what we are worth. Management likes to work busy sites with as few staff members as possible

Being paid more money for my work

Job description that was posted and i applied for pay was $19-$22 hourly. But I'm blessed just to be part of the family thanks

Automatic yearly raise (if good evaluation)

Some more career progression needed

The industry standard for thw amount of work I do is about $20 an hour. I'm making 18. Its expensive to live where I do and while I pay the bills fine that's all I'm really able to do
