What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They only care about the bottom line and not how they get there or how they treat their employees
Employees that are treated fairly and paid for their hardwork perform better
Listen to the boots on the ground
Change the status quo, hire upper management who is knowledgeable about laboratory operations and who actually have a concience.
Pay for the job I do
Take better care of employees and theyll take better care of patients, rather than trying to maximize profits at the expense of workers AND patients

Hold supervisors accountbale. They think they can soeak to people any kind of way ajd syill have retainable employees. That is not how this works. I will be quitting in a few months.
labcorp steps on employees backs
Stop over-promising and under-delivering. Don't take on studies you can't staff.
Better pay, better treatment of workers, allowing workers to be promoted
Management is what's wrong. Their only concern is metrics. Patient care does not factor in to their workflow.
Three hundred characters is nowhere near enough. Suffice it to say that LabCorp is the very pinnacle of business disguised as medicine.
