Very strong leaders of influence
Review from Admin Dept
My manager that I had long before the company bought us. Otherwise on their behalf, this buy out was executed poorly. No thorough studying, just meaningless meetings
Their accomplishments and how they represent Labcorp!
Support and encouragement to pave the way for innovation and growth.
There is no leadership. You get thrown in, hopefully youre expierenced. Sink or swim
They need to get in touch with reality and look to see what the employees want/need and why there is so much turnover.
Respect of person. In a hethy manner
It didn't go unnoticed that the board members bought up a lot of company stock before voting for a dividends and giving themselves a bonus (which gave them 2 bonuses) at a time they suspended the 401K match and pay raises for employees.
Communication. Keeping morality up and creating a time to talk about problems that occur in office without being one sided because people are your friends.
Review from Operations Dept
Get out of the office and into the field
Fair pay and good benefits
Review from Admin Dept
I appreciate the pay and benefits overall.
Insurance options and free testing if done by labcorp.
Review from Admin Dept
The hourly rate has been competitive and has kept up with my rent so far. Although, the free medical testing has been a lifesaver and has helped keep me from falling into medical debt or from falling behind on my other bills as I do have occational health events that require lab testing.
401K match. Great pay and good raises and bonuses
Review from Operations Dept
Yearly raises and bonuses based off performance from a multi billion dollar company would help keep employees happy and encouraged to stay with the company.
No merit rate increase after first year . Company does not offers annual bonus for emplloyees
MORE SALARY THE LIFE IS EXPENSIVE
I've been on short term disability since 9/17/24 due to nerve damage. Their leave group Alight is trying to deny my benefits even thought there is proof of my disability. They are denying the mere 60% pay for for tenured employees and then try everyday to discredit your claim
Undervalued and toxic environment due to team lead
Very supportice of one another
Review from Customer Success Dept
The diversity on my team is refreshing.
We are like family , we can talk about anything to one another and we all get aling and work well together
We strive to be the best at what we do as a TEAM
Review from Operations Dept
They do their best in the work day
A better attitude comes from better employer support and treatment.
Hire staff that know what they are doimg
Coworkers need better work ethics.
Their attitude. No team work
Unity and not talk about each other and bringing each other down we are a team
Review from Customer Success Dept
Patient interaction iz tbe most positive
Review from Customer Success Dept
VARIETY OF PEOPLE AND CULTURES
We have a very flexible work environment.
Not much positive here. You work, you get a dmall check.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a member of the gay community i have NEVER felt uncomfortable.
Review from Admin Dept
Supervisors should be seen more often
Coworkers need to interact with each ither in a more positive light.
Culture is fine; management needs to be fired
Communication. Nobody is on the same page.
Upper management and leadership style.
Review from Executive Dept
I just liked my old boss who intervieed me. She asked random wuestions and thats anout it
All questions were relevant to the position I applied for.
Review from Admin Dept
It was incredibly straightforward and not intimidating. I am an incredibly hard worker but am also timid and I distinctly remember everyone I talked to for my interviews being calm and laid back which helped calm my nerves during the interview process.
It was a fast and easy interview. Getting the interview was very difficult.
They are clear on what days and hours you work
They could start by being honest about how much you would make, and the hours that you would have to work
If you know there has been problems with the person applying move on to the next one
Recruitment is way too slow, losing good candidates
Takes too long to get jobs posted, interviews granted, background completed, onboarding is haphazard
Streamline the employment process. Too many people give up before getting interviews and hired.
Review from Operations Dept
Working with smart collegues in each area
Review from Admin Dept
I'm blessed and appreciative to have this opportunity.
The various departments I get to assist.
Review from Admin Dept
When my patients compliment me on the wonderul job I did at obtaining their blood
Meeting new patients and know that what we do at Labcorp makes a difference in someone's life and health
Review from Operations Dept
They only care about the bottom line and not how they get there or how they treat their employees
Employees that are treated fairly and paid for their hardwork perform better
Listen to the boots on the ground
Change the status quo, hire upper management who is knowledgeable about laboratory operations and who actually have a concience.
Pay for the job I do
Interaction with my patients evry last one
Company culture and support for career growth.
Review from Operations Dept
I love working at a mission-driven company - our work makes the world better for women, which is amazing!
Review from Product Dept

It would be good to have higher starting salary.
