What is the best part about your compensation package?It costs us way too much out of pocket. I've worked other healthcare jobs and I've gotten free health insurance or at least not these high of rates. We do get free lab work though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?401k matching is low at 3%, most companies are at 6% match for 9% invested for a total of 15%. Stock options are minimal and stock purchase is at a small discount 15%. Most companies in the industry are 25-50% discounted on stock purchase for employees.
