What did you like most about the interview process?It was quick and straightforward, no nonsense, no multiple rounds.

What are some of the best things about your team?My immediate team is awesome. Small but skilled, competent people who do great work, are awesome collaborators and problem solvers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Company makes most of its money via auto-renewing subscriptions and needs to expand into other revenue streams.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Stop micomanaging, stop spying, trust employees are adults. If there are problem people, then actually performance manage them - it's hard but, guess what, that's your job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication and collaboration across teams. Internal employee communication. End the micro-management by the CEO. Embrace modern ideas for work, such as remote work arrangements, more generous time off, etc
