    Company makes most of its money via auto-renewing subscriptions and needs to expand into other revenue streams.

    Stop micomanaging, stop spying, trust employees are adults. If there are problem people, then actually performance manage them - it's hard but, guess what, that's your job.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Communication and collaboration across teams. Internal employee communication. End the micro-management by the CEO. Embrace modern ideas for work, such as remote work arrangements, more generous time off, etc
