  • more fun environment. make it a place where people get their work done, and work hard, but have fun doing it. better work-life balance. encourage employees to use the time off so they can come back and grind without being overworked or burned out. trust reps to be able to work from home more and still get things done.

Asked to all employees at Layer

  • tech on one side everything else on the other

  • One room. Culture needs to be diluted to lowest common denominator that does not inspire energy. Moreover, facilities are horrendous. Between heat/cold, bathrooms with loose seats, no seat covers, that open directly to the office floor/kitchen, very uncomfortable. Not enough conference rooms.
