I just wish after performing at a high level as a contractor for 2 years that they would give you a substantial increase in pay along with the great benefits.

Raises more often than every 3 years, raises should be based on experience and productivity

Almost three years, no increase with ratings of 4 out of 5 on annual reviews. Organization does not give true merit raises or certainly not annual increases with your annual reviews.
