Only look for themselves, not average worked

Great deal of reorganization to compensate for poor management of divisions. Same people seemed to be moved around in the higher positions not necessarily making a big difference, but they do get bigger titles.

I just wish after performing at a high level as a contractor for 2 years that they would give you a substantial increase in pay along with the great benefits.

Raises more often than every 3 years, raises should be based on experience and productivity

New leadership starting from the top of the chain

Each division is different and affording better working opportunities in some areas and this is how the culture works. If you are in a stifled division then you cannot advance, you cannot work from home. Seems some policies would be better served across the organization than per division.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Supply Management division is just too focused on a get you, got you attitude. This is both to the employees director down and to other divisions. It could be great, but it is always about what people do incorrectly or misunderstand.
