- What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that they at least try to organize meetings to give us a chance to collaborate together with new ways to improve the company.

- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The appreciation that the residents and family members show towards us for caring for them. I love hearing them complement my cheerfulness and positive attitude.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel way underpaid my raise was literally 24 cents and I've been a CNA for over 7 years and still could be making more flipping burgers right now. We never receive any sort of appreciation or incentives for our hard work.
