What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
organization is relatively flat and everyone respects each other

Everyone is just positive and tries to stay away from Negativity
The company is convenient in many ways. The main reason is that they help you find a job, while you have time to pursue other ventures (ex. I’m a writer. I want to pursue writing as a career, but I need money to survive. So, LeadingEdge gives me temp jobs to do, so that it fun
