It's completely inclusive. From the highest level to the low man on the totem pole everyone speaks to you with the same level of respect.
We care about each other's well being and there a sense of urgency when we help each other.

The communication! Working remote can be a struggle but the team always communicates either in chat or over the phone so you don't feel like you're alone on an island.
