What do you like best about the leadership team?
As employees our voices are heard and our opinions matter. The leadership team acts as servant leaders to us employees.
When I look at my leadership team, I see a diverse group of people working together to set a north star for a growing and evolving organization. They're bringing in and promoting directors who understand how to turn the vision into reality and genuinely trusting them to get the right things done.
They never physically attacked anyone? Honestly, the leadership team is so out of touch with the industry and what their employees provide to their teams that I'm pretty confident that Leafly could begin advertising home furnishings and cleaning supplies and they wouldn't know the difference.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversification, communication, thinking outside the box, looking at actual ways to increase market share which requires employees from all backgrounds.
Communicating goals across departments and transparency within the company
The leadership is incompetent and is wasting time and resources and they have no direction or understanding of the industry
