It was shown several times by our CEO and the SVP of Sales that they have absolutely no idea what my team did and what value we provided to the business. For the amount of bandwidth required by our small team, our compensation did not reflect how much we were taking on and accomplishing.

We need a CEO who is more understanding of the industry. We need to be more proactive rather than reactive for solutions to our customers, but we can't get to that proactive level with how much work a single person has to take on.
Management can not stick to one idea. Managers undermine each other and assign conflicting tasks to employees. Sexism, nepotism, rampant mediocrity and a lack of creativity. Leafly also suffers strongly from a lack of familiarity or interest in cannabis culture.
Leadership has no clue what they are doing and mostly interested with their own success .
