It's been a wild ride, but an exciting one. I am given projects to work on, and I am being challenged to break beyond my limits. I also appreciate that my voice is actually heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being challenged and not being bored every day that I come in. There are always project to work on!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved how they asked uncommon interview questions and really vetted outa good culture fit, and not only a good fit for the position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are highly collaborative and we have a wealth of knowledge from different backgrounds on the team. Also, everyone challenges the status quo and wants to be as innovative as possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to be paid a little bit more or have a bonus structure with my position. I also believe I should receive more equity since am working to build this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very inviting and caring about not only their personal success, but the success of their department the company. Everyone loves doing their work, but we still celebrate individuality and actually having fun while working!
