We pay very well so our reps come with high levels of motivation and intelligence. Every person I work with is gifted.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't over prepare. I spoke candidly with the interviewers and we were speaking the same language. I knew it was a fit, and so did they.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel great about my compensation and I feel valued. I am emotionally invested in the success of League and would like to see a path to earn more options/stock over time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team is relentlessly ambitious. Each milestone & broken record resets the next goal post that much farther. Our senior execs have pedigree & experience, yet remain approachable and open to every person in the organization.
