Freedom to do my work the way I want to do it, recognition that I have the skills and talent needed to do my job and don't require meddling or micromanagement.

When I can see that I made an impact, changed a mind, or convinced management to act. Or had the opportunity to mentor and teach.
It's a pretty laid back environment. It never feels rushed or like theirs always a deadline to be met.
Work is just a continued thing very bland but that’s to be expected

Reduce the red tape, committees, and get rid of departments/people who seem there to say no to everything rather than finding ways to be brave and innovative. Modernize, everything! Departments should dictate to IT how to serve their needs, not the other way around.
