Stop playing favorites all the time
Ray Teague has completely destroyed the employees here. The old style of management is done. People aren’t tired of working, they’re tired of catch all the shit and not getting a piece of the pie. Turn over rate is through the roof. But management will turn around and say it’s us. Mirrors for
Not lying or pushing others to lie to save face and look good to higher senior members. Follow guidelines and not pencil whip them to save time and money. There is a reason that this location has a huge turnover rate.
Stocks and options are only working for the very top executives, it drops off very fast, and while the top tier make millions the regular folks get by with raises that never keep up with inflation even when the company is doing well.
Everyone receives the same excuses and same rate of pay to include raises. There is no reason to stem to excel at your job. No appreciation from manager and no compensation for time when working through lunches to keep the plant productive.
Coworkers are great as far as my team goes but the office personnel are horrific! A lesson in ethics and moral code could make a difference or someone actually monitoring their work and morals.
We need to weed out the ones who done want to stay alert and work we have older one who think they have been there so long so they dont have to do there jobs to me that is not good work ethics
Remove the HR and Recruiting people from the process. They just add complexity and red tape and think they know what we need but are often wrong or misguided.
Work is just a continued thing very bland but that’s to be expected
Reduce the red tape, committees, and get rid of departments/people who seem there to say no to everything rather than finding ways to be brave and innovative. Modernize, everything! Departments should dictate to IT how to serve their needs, not the other way around.
not really too sure about that
