What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I'm building something for family members to bond in the future, Lego is more than a toy. It's opportunity for mothers and daughters, fathers, and sons to bond and focus on one goals of not just billing an object but building relationship. Building trust and building awareness of each other.

Working on technology with generally good people
That I get to do or talk about one of my favorite hobbies
witness another child's happiness because they have access to something they desire.
Interacting with children and adult fans of lego that I can have fun conversations with.
