Leidos has a terrible work culture. You are ignored or criticized, often unjustly, shuffled from one project to another that is eventually defunded and you're left "on the reserve bench." Unless you're in the "in-crowd." So it seems corruption is involved.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It's pointless, the whole place needs to be reconstituted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything and nothing. That would be an exercise in futility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing. The company is not salvageable unless employees are given proper contracts and protection from upper management corruption and arbitrariness.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nothing. It's no use. You would have to get rid of the upper management or whoever else is on the take with funds.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team lead is really good. Others in the team also very competent and helpful, and friendly. But it's not use since the program was defunded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The years I worked for them I never got a pay raise, and I was cheated out of hours I put in to train in on a project. I'd be happy to have some work, hours again, and a pay raise. But this will never happen even though I did a good job for them.
