management is all about metrics and corpo-babble. They feel great about standing on the shoulders of their employees

give at the very least cost of living increases with my annual review. I got less with all glowing reviews.

getting a clue. They live in a corporate bubble and just pat each other on the back with no idea of what their employees need

managers need to actually know their employees, i dont even know who my managers boss is and my manager doesnt even know who i am
