Still new, only been here a few months but the biggest thing to me was that at my indoctrination, we met the CEO. He's basically the face of Leidos and with so much responsibility, he came down to meet us on our first day.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a comfortable environment in which I'm not under pressure and I mesh well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are easy to get along with, they are well versed and effective in their roles.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My supervisor, Josh, he was so easy to talk to. It was more like a meeting than an interview, which made me more comfortable and more able to sell myself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical benefits and options. I hear our retirement plan is really great too, and I'm not sure about it yet. But I am utilizing it, just have to read up on it more.
