Overall good, salary is not great and raises are hard to come by. Only offered during reviews and then it is like pulling teeth. Great culture, benefits are standard, great teamwork, overall good employer

Being able to work at a flexible, friendly, warm workplace that, at best, I can only complain about being paid better. It's hard to look elsewhere when everything is great, except the pay
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would appreciate more conversation about salary. It's only discussed once a year and then decisions are handed down, without discussion. Management decides, gets it approved before telling you. Raises are hard to get as well...
