I work in the most driven and experienced team that I've ever been in before and have sky rocketed in experience and knowledge since joining

Since joining I have leaped forward in both experience and responsibilities. I'm given the chance to perform and when I do it is directly and graciously rewarded
What did you like most about the interview process?
I've been involved from the interviewee perspective (obviously) and as an interviewer for multiple roles within our team. The talen aquistion (head hunters) that co-ordinate and assist hiring managers are excellent
