Fixing a problem that helps directly helps a customer.

I like the commitment to acquiring new business in multiple locations.

Having the FSA option to cover expenses that would normally come out of pocket.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In some cases yes, I just don't like being around a lot of complainers.

Despite the complainers most people I interact with do actually put in a good effort

Too long ago to recall details but, I had no doubt I had the job after the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership seems to have a clear goal but they are open to input and critique when questions or concerns arise.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Vetting of potential employment candidates, the team overall is good it's just the culture of our younger workers makes leading a challenge without compromising the strength of the group.
