I think Lenovo is a good company, lots of very talented employees but super greedy management with zero social and people management skills. The company is obsessed with market share and quality has been hurting, I think Lenovo needs to find it true identity.

serious lack of respect for employee's time and value

when I have no meetings and can actually catch up on work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
absolutely undervalued, been blocked a few times for a better position and also been deprived from promotions but management has no problem dumping more responsibilities on you
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team in the US is actually pretty good to work with. Very responsible and committed but team in China is a pain to work with, only obstacles are presented and hardly ever solutions.
